It's been a busy few months behind the scenes at SpacetoCo. We've shipped a run of updates focused on three things you've been asking for:

• Helping your hirers find and book the right space even faster
• Giving your finance team the paperwork trail they need without extra admin
• Making it easier to bring past hirers back

Key Updates

Host Announcements

Share updates without leaving the platform, and give past hirers a reason to come back

• Greater segmentation: You could already send hirers an announcement. Now you can specify who gets it. Segment by customer tag, booking tag, booking category, or exclude a group by customer tag entirely. 

• Duplicate past announcements: Sending something similar to last time?  Duplicate a past notification in a click instead of starting from scratch.

• Encourage repeat bookings: Nudge past hirers to book again with tailored announcements.

Improvements for Hirers

We have levelled up Organisation pages to help hirers browse your spaces from one place.

• Book without leaving the organisation page: No more page-hopping. Hirers can book straight from the organisation page.
• Enhanced filters & sorting tools: Improved filtering and sorting options let hirers drill down to find perfect spaces.
• Accommodation date search: Availability for multi-night searches now shows as Night 1, Night 2, and so on, so hirers can see at a glance which spaces are available for their stay.

Finance Features

Built for the people who manage the money

• Purchase Orders (POs): Both hosts and hirers can enter and update PO numbers (e.g. ACME-123) on bookings and change requests. Once added, we've made it easy to find a booking using Purchase Order numbers across your host dashboard and in reporting.

• Invoice Summary: The invoices screen under Regular Customers now shows a summary of the month's invoices the moment you land on it. Built for teams who need a fast answer, not a deep dive.

• Tax-Friendly Reporting: Booking reports now include invoice details as optional columns to help make financial workflows easier when you need to do things like report tax by account code.

Hirer Calendar Subscription

Never miss a booking again

Hirers can now subscribe to a personal calendar feed that automatically syncs every booking to Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar. This means your SpacetoCo bookings will appear in their personal or work calendar right alongside everything else.
