NEW! Enterprise and Social logins - Product Update

We take security seriously at SpacetoCo. We’re continually looking for ways to make our setup even more secure.

As part of this commitment, our team have been beavering away to bring you Enterprise & Social login from March 2023. This includes:

• Enterprise login - the username, password and other security protections/policies that your council or organisation gives you.
• Social login - using either your social Google or Facebook Account, which also gives you quick and secure access to SpacetoCo.
• Multifactor Authentication for all standard accounts to boost security.

Why are Enterprise logins better?

It means access to a SpacetoCo account is controlled by the organisation's IT department, rather than relying on team members to provision and remove access.

How Enterprise & Social login will work on SpacetoCo

From March, Social login will be available to all users using an existing Google or Facebook account. Multifactor Authentication will also be available to all users with a standard email/password account.

For Enterprise customers, moving to an Enterprise login is a paid upgrade. Click here for more information.
