Hi hosts! We're super excited to share our new updates with you, especially for those  of you who use OneCouncil, and hosts needing activity data for audit purposes! Check out these new features below:

OneCouncil Integration

For hosts who use OneCouncil, you can now export a report formatted to go directly into a OneCouncil project journal entry. To enable the OneCouncil Integration, you will need to first map your OneCouncil information with your SpacetoCo spaces by visiting app.spacetoco.com/dashboard/host/integrations/one-council

For detailed instructions on how to enable OneCouncil integration, check out this article here.

New 'Activities' Report

Need a report on who-did-what for audit purposes? You can now create an 'activity' report of data changes made on the following record types:

  • Bookings
  • Spaces
  • Regular Customers
  • Items & Charges
  • Discounts
  • Questions

You can set the time period as well as the format (CSV or JSON), and the reports show changes made by customers as well. Simply click the 'Reports' tab on the left and click 'Activity' to create and configure one of these reports.
