Holiday Support from SpacetoCo

As we all prepare for the end of the year, we wanted to give you a quick heads-up on our team's schedule so you can plan accordingly! 🔔

We will be operating with a small, skeleton crew from Monday, December 8th, 2025, until Friday, January 2nd, 2026.

During this period, we're still here to help, but please expect a slightly longer response time than usual (just so you know).

Key Closure Dates:

Our support desk will be fully closed on the following days so our team can celebrate:

  • Christmas Eve: Wednesday, December 24th, 2025
  • Christmas Day: Thursday, December 25th, 2025
  • New Year's Eve: Wednesday, December 31st, 2025
  • New Year's Day: Thursday, January 1st, 2026

Reduced Support Hours Day:

Please note that we will also be operating on limited hours on:

  • Boxing Day: Friday, December 26th, 2025

We encourage you to use our Knowledge Base as your first port of call during this time—it's always available 24/7!

We do have an AI agent available for assistance, but bear in mind that if it's not available to assist your specific inquiry a team member will reply in the next available business day.

Thank you so much for your partnership this year. We hope you have a fantastic holiday season and look forward to supporting you fully in the New Year! 🎄
