New Product Update! Guest Directory and much more!

rsz_1fiveGet excited, hosts! We've got some awesome updates to make your life easier, including our brand new Guest Directory!

This awesome feature is where you can find all your guests in one place. It can be used to see who your VIP's are when it comes to bookings, or when you need to find someone's contact details. You can toggle on/off seeing only your casuals, regulars or both. 

When you need to find a specific guest's details so you can contact them about how awesome they are, there's a handy search bar at the top right corner:

You can also view more and check out their booking activity, applications and transactions. Plus with the Notes function, you can make sure you have all the details you need about a guest like how many Rugby World Cups they have won (biased Kiwi over here)!

We have more awesome new features too, including:

  • New Host Dashboard stats including Popular Casual Guests, Recently Cancelled Bookings and Upcoming Bookings
  • Bulk Edit ‘Price Override’ for regular bookings
  • Bulk Edit ‘Go Live/Pause’ for spaces
  • Bump in/out showing up on your calendar for each booking
  • ‘Disable Booking Reason’ on checkout available for all spaces, perfect for tennis courts or trailer hire
