Co-Fest 2022!

Co-Fest 2022 Shirt Design (1000 × 600px)

This week from the 1st to the 5th of  December, our SpacetoCo team will be operating a tad differently. We will be taking a step away from our laptops and impressive at-home set ups to come together and for our very first Co-fest

What is Co-fest?

Co-fest is our opportunity to come together, rest, recharge and continue to build amazing connections with each other outside of our usual work environments. It is also our time to collectively absorb all the feedback we’ve received from all our amazing Partners and how we prioritise the future innovations for SpacetoCo. We are a remote working company with team members across the world and for the very first time ever we’ll all be in the same place at the same time! (we’re very excited) 💃 👯 🙌

What does this mean for you?

  • From the 1st-5th of December, our operating hours will be reduced. We will still be reviewing any urgent enquiries.
  • We ask that if you do have questions during this time to please log a support ticket. This will help us streamline enquiries and prioritise them by urgency.
  • If you are a PartnerPro Host, please log all support questions in your dedicated Slack channel
  • We also ask that you please be patient as response times may be slower.
  • If your enquiry is not urgent, we recommend checking out our Help Centre. There’s tonnes of handy support articles to guide you and your Guests on how to use SpacetoCo
  • We will be back to full strengthfrom the 6th of  December

Thank you for your continued support with using SpacetoCo and for your understanding as our team takes a moment to rest, and recharge and plan.
