Update to SpacetoCo's Terms and Conditions

We've updated our Terms and Conditions to align with the new Universal Customer Trust (UCT) legislation. This new law is designed to make sure contracts are fairer and clearer for you. Reference: https://asic.gov.au/about-asic/news-centre/news-items/unfair-contract-terms-reforms-commence

The main update from our side has been to provide a reasonable timeline should there ever be a need to remove a space. We’ve also made a few other minor adjustments to ensure our T&Cs are compliant to the legislation and fair for all users. None of these other smaller updates will change how we work with you.

For our wonderful Partners and Partner Pro venue hosts, your Booking System Agreement remains the main document that governs our relationship. It's very unlikely that any of your listings will be affected by these changes.

You can review the updated Terms and Conditions anytime by clicking here.

These changes will take effect in 14 days.

Thank you for being an essential part of the SpacetoCo community!
