Have you ever felt like things could be simpler, more seamless, more...user-friendly? We all want to get on with our days without having to deal with a million steps or things breaking down (I'm looking at you, printer!).
Here at SpacetoCo, we're all about the customer experience and so we've made the Verified Applications process easier and more enjoyable for guests.
Before the application even begins, guests will be given a warm welcome with a snazzy new homepage, complete with our 'Magic of Community Venues' video for extra encouragement:
Then it's onto the application! Previously, the form was on one page and guests had to scroll down. But now, everything is cut up into bite-sized chunks so it's easier to keep track of where you are. Plus, there's a handy contents bar at the top that tells you what step you're on and lets you go back to make edits. Minimal scrolling, maximum ease!
Guests can then pick their payment method by either adding credit card details or direct debit.
Finally, it's a quick review of their answers. While a lot has changed with this application process, what hasn't changed is our awesome yellow button with rocket icon — gotta keep it fun!
